Terms of Service

1. Using our games

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our games for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or exploit the games except as the law expressly allows.

2. Your account

You may play as a guest or save your progress with an account. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Virtual items and purchases

• Games may offer virtual currency (like coins), items and subscriptions. These are a limited licence to use in the game, have no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to its terms. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and applicable consumer law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play. Cancelling stops future renewals; benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
• Parents can turn off purchases with parental controls. If a purchase was made without permission, contact us at support@gamebitshq.com.

4. Playing fair and being kind

To keep our games fun and safe, you agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores, rankings or the economy.
• Harass, bully, threaten or impersonate others, or share personal contact details in chat.
• Post offensive, hateful, sexual or illegal content, or choose an inappropriate name.
• Interfere with our servers or other players' access.

We may remove content, reset progress gained unfairly, and warn, mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. You can appeal by contacting support@gamebitshq.com.

5. Content and feedback

Our games, characters, art, music and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. If you send us ideas or feedback, you let us use them without obligation to you.

6. Ads and third-party services

Some games show ads or link to third-party services (like Google Play). We are not responsible for third-party content or services, which have their own terms.

7. Changes and availability

We continually update our games and may add, change or remove features, or stop offering a game, with reasonable notice where possible. We may update these terms; continuing to play after an update means you accept it.

8. Disclaimers

The games are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that they will always be available, error-free or that progress will never be lost, and we disclaim implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where MarketerCore is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
